Shipping and Returns


   MorningGloryUS.com currently ships only to the United States including HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO, all US territories. We carefully pack the product and use reputable and reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS. Shipping carrier will be determined by distance and weight of package. After the payment is made we are not responsible for goods lost in transit unless purchase insurance.

 

    Please make sure that you accurately enter your complete shipping address when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses (including leaving off suite or apartment numbers) will delay the delivery of your shipment. Many shipping carriers impose an address correction charge on all shipments that require correction. You will be charged for any fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).

    We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us , support@morninggloryus.com or 626-935-0745

 

   Shipping cost with heavy items** (example, notebooks, super xxl size stuffed animals ) may be subject to charged.  We will notify you of any unexpected changes. Also If the product is not availalbe, we will processe a refund or the customer has the option to replace it with other products.

** This policy includes orders over $50 under our free shipping promotion.

International Shipping 
  Delivery times for any International Package are usually 3-15 business days for shipments to Canada, Australia, most European countries (except sometimes Italy), and Japan. This is an estimate and delivery times are dependent on many factors such as distance, the receiving country's postal system, processing at customs and holidays. Although most International First Class Mail packages are delivered within two weeks, it may take up to 30 days for delivery in some situations.  For All International Mail, a Customs Number is assigned, however Online Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Services are not available as they are not provided by the US Postal Service. Limited information regarding the shipment is available via the US Postal Service website. Additional information may or may not be available via the website of the receiving country's postal system or carrier. morninggloryus.com is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost in shipment when order tracking and delivery confirmation is not available from the US Postal Service.
Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. MorningGloryUS.com will accept returns of current merchandise in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Mail merchandise to:

Cancellation Policy


If you decide to cancel an order once the package has been shipped back to MorningGloryUS.com due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, then you will be re-credited for the amount of the items only.

Delivery Estimates


In most cases, An order ships from our warehouse within 24-48 hours business day after it is received. Delivery time Estimates are provided in the tables above deponding on shipping address. We will notify you by phone or email of any unexpected changes and/or anticipated delays. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Military Bases, Puerto Rico usually take longer.
