Shipping and Returns currently ships only to the United States including HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO, all US territories. We carefully pack the product and use reputable and reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS. Shipping carrier will be determined by distance and weight of package. After the payment is made we are not responsible for goods lost in transit unless purchase insurance.


    Please make sure that you accurately enter your complete shipping address when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses (including leaving off suite or apartment numbers) will delay the delivery of your shipment. Many shipping carriers impose an address correction charge on all shipments that require correction. You will be charged for any fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).

Although most International First Class Mail packages are delivered within two weeks, it may take up to 30 days for delivery in some situations.  For All International Mail, a Customs Number is assigned, however Online Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Services are not available as they are not provided by the US Postal Service.
